OUR TEAM

Nicholas has been an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God for over a decade. He and his wife, Megan, have been in full time ministry for over 15 years. They both are Teen Challenge graduates. After many years of struggling with addiction, depression, and personal hardships they were radically saved through the ministry of Teen Challenge in Midland, Texas in 2007. They married after graduating the program and entered into full-time ministry serving as youth pastors in West Texas for several years before hearing the call to pastor in Spencer, Iowa in 2016.  Megan is currently studying for credentials through the Iowa Ministry Network. They have 3 children: Sophia, Demetrios, and Theodore. View their stories below. 

Bethany has over 16 years of pre-k ministry experience and is our Early Childhood Director nursery age to 5 years old. Bethany is currently studying for credentials through the Iowa Ministry Network.

Jennifer Gustafson has over 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising. She enjoys using her experience and talents to glorify God and engage others in Foundation Church’s messages, activities, and missions through social media.

Kevin and Ashley are long time members and leaders with a heart for hospitality. Their team ensures our guests feel the love of Christ through hospitality! Kevin is also one of our men's leaders and elder. 

Ruben and Donnis lead our security team,  keeping our church family and children safe at all times. They also post our ministering sign board messages each week. 

Kyle and Micale have been leading worship for 20 years.  Their passion is to see people have an encounter with God's presence that changes lives forever.

Asia is a 2021 Southwestern Assemblies of God Graduate. She majored in Youth ministry and has a heart for reaching our next generation.  She is interning  here in Spencer  to help lead our midweek youth service s each week. 

Corgan and Alyssa are talented musicians and give their time each week to help lead our worship team and lead our young adults (18-35). Corgan is a band teacher at Ridge View Middle School in Schaller. They are blessed with two children.  Alyssa helps with Social Media management also. 

Luc Arnold has a radical testimony and a long history of professional stage and sound management. Once working with famous rockstars, he now dedicates his talents for the glory of God in our sound booth each Sunday.
